Before placing your order
- Please check if you’ve filled out your address correctly. Your order will be shipped to the address you fill out.
- Check if you’re ordering the products you want and the right amount. I cannot be held responsible for wrongly placed orders, or the wrong amount of products.
Shipping & Pickup
Pickup
If you live in the proximity of Ghent (Belgium), you can pick up your order in Ghent (close to train station Gent Sint-Pieters). Pick-up is possible every Wednesday between 18h and 20u (appointment is necessary). If you want to pick up your order, contact me at eva@pointfulthings.com after you placed your order.
Shipping
All orders are shipped out between 2 to 5 business days. All shipping is done by hand and by myself so next day delivery is not possible. It’s shipped with a lot of care.
You can choose between trackable shipping or non-trackable shipping.
All shipping costs include postage, packaging and processing of the order.
Belgium: €3 – €5,5
Western Europe: €7,5 – €10
All orders are sent through BPost.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
As a customer, you have the right to return the order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. You must inform Pointful Things via e-mail (eva@pointfulthings.com) of the decision to return the order
Exchange
As a customer, you have the right to exchange the order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. You must inform Eva via e-mail (eva@pointfulthings.com) of the decision to exchange the order.
Cost
Returning or exchanging the order by sending it back by courier or post is at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
